Hey friends! Would you like to help us raise money to support caregivers AND dress up in wild outfits? Join us and our friends at Willow Running as we kick off the 2023 football season on Saturday, September 2 at Onondaga Lake Park at 10am for the first ever My Team 5K to benefit the amazing caregivers in our community!
We have charity bibs available for those who want to run and raise money to support the mission of David’s Refuge. Runners who sign up on a charity bib will:
- Commit to raising at least $500!
- Get a free registration!
- Bring respite and wellness to caregivers!
