Happy Easter!

Easter has always been my favorite holiday.  It is a reminder to me that hope is never lost, even in the darkest moments.  Easter, celebrated by over two billion people worldwide, commemorates the belief that Jesus conquered death.   It is more than a story Christians revisit once a year; it’s a living promise that new life is possible, that broken things can be restored, and that love ultimately wins.

In my own journey, I’ve come to lean on that hope more than ever. The resurrection assures me that no pain, loss, or struggle has the final word. There is always redemption ahead, even when we can’t yet see it.

This Easter, my heart is full of thanksgiving.  I am thankful for grace, for renewal, and for the quiet strength that comes from believing in something greater than ourselves. My prayer is that everyone connected to David’s Refuge feels that same hope, peace, and reassurance.
